BROAD RIPPLE. Using state-produced ingredients from local farmers, fishers and cheesemakers, this restaurant prides itself on the flavorful taste combinations it produces. In fact, they express it this way, "Flavor is universal. Taste is individual. We exist to introduce individual tastes to new flavors." It's just this philosophy that led to the restaurant's name ­The Explorer. Notable favorites include Chicken Fried Sweetbreads, Kobe Beef Short Ribs and Butternut Squash Ravioli.
